Welcome to "NeoAlpha" - which simply means "a new beginning." This is the name of my resource site. Inside are stories, articles, icebreakers, brainteasers, poems, songs, videos, and a lot more that you can use when you conduct training-related activities. Many of the stuff posted here are also meant to provide individual readers an inspired moment - a rebirth of some sort in one's way of thinking or feeling. In short, their very own "NeoAlpha."
